Restaurant JAG is a french fine dining restaurant with an Omakase Discovery Degustation Menu approach, i.e. there is not pre set menu in place. We follow the season strictly and our cuisine is focussed strongly on wild-foraged herbs of Savoie, France along with the vegetables of the season.
This approach allows us to use the freshest of produce available and pivot to create bespoke and unique dining experinces each time. No two meals are exactly the same. It also allows us to accomodate all dietary inclinations whether that be an allergy or prefrence.
During lunch we offer a 4 course and a 6 course omakase discovery degustation menu. During dinner we offer an 8 course omakase discovery degustation menu.
