Restaurant JAG is a French Contemporary Fine Dining restaurant with an Discovery Degustation Menu approach, i.e. there is no pre set menu in place. We follow the season strictly and our cuisine is heavily centred on the vegetables of the season which are then paired with exceptional proteins.

This approach allows us to use the freshest of produce available and pivot to create bespoke and unique dining experiences each time. No two meals are exactly the same. It also allows us to accommodate all dietary inclinations whether that be an allergy or preference.

During lunch we offer a 6 course discovery degustation menu. During dinner we offer an 8 course discovery degustation menu.
