Seamlessly blending incredible food with impeccable service and elegant ambience, JAG is an unforgettable, immersive gourmet experience, in which the pleasures of vegetable-centric dishes are discovered as if for the first time.

Our Happy Customers

Set in a beautiful space with superb view, we were greeted with a warm welcome by all the staff. Food was great with a focus on texture play with the seasonal vegetables. The chef was also super friendly with make it a point to interact with us and said good bye to us. Will definitely come back again!

My husband took me to this restaurant for my birthday. The restaurant has a bright and beautiful interior. It’s located right by the river, and the staff mentioned that if you’re lucky, you might even spot otters! All the dishes were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. They used winter vegetables, which brought a sense of the season that’s rare to experience in Singapore. The pork dish, in particular, was outstanding—there were a variety of sauces on the plate, allowing us to enjoy multiple flavors in one dish. I’m already looking forward to the spring vegetable dishes starting in April. I’d love to visit again!

So, so pleased with the whole experience at JAG! I had the vegetarian “light experience” and enjoyed every course. It’s rare to be so pleasantly surprised by food as a vegetarian. I will definitely return for their spring menu. For omni friends, my partner also thoroughly enjoyed their meal (featuring foie gras, sole fish, and pork). The service was also so warm and welcoming (thank you Maryjoy!). Can’t wait to be back! Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a lift to the restaurant (2nd floor)

What struck me the most about Restaurant Jag was the sincerity, authenticity and meticulousness of the cooking and service (compared to the more practiced type of professionalism, my night was warmed by the genuineness and passion of Chef Jeremy and his team). Service was attentive and warm! As a vegetarian, I felt loved. It also felt like a bit of an adventure as I savoured new vegetables beyond my current vocabulary. My friend, who is not vegetarian, also thoroughly enjoyed the night. While she delighted in the dishes with meat protein, I was surprised when she said she could give up meat/seafood if vegetables were cooked this way for her every day. Overall, they understood our preferences (and we had many) — the personal touch was much appreciated. Ambience-wise, it was cosy and I really liked the layout (a fair amount of privacy). I’ll be back again!

I haven't eaten at many Michelin starred places, but I have eaten at a handful in Singapore London New York. I think this is one of the best experiences and meals ever. Ordered the 6 course menu at 298 nett and took vegetarian (as my partner is vegetarian). The meal absolutely blew me away. Every dish had a wow factor. I did think dessert was slightly disappointing (good but not out of the ordinary) though even their petit fours and a small passion fruit cake they gave for us celebrating an anniversary -- was splendid. Chef had a beautiful story to explain his vision of using seasonal produce vegetables from France and why he also dedicated himself to a vegetarian menu, service was splendid and not intrusive. I'm sure the food was cooked with a lot of technique and finesse. The explanation and the presentation never did seem too-over-complicated and yet lack the wow factor, which I had felt at some other fine dining. Overall, I thought the food was just impeccable and wowwwww The place, at first sparse and looked not that impressive for a Michelin starred restaurant, really started to take its form as the sun set and lights dimmed and more guests filled the space. I didn't do alcohol as I was driving, but I had a lovely introduction to the Heaps Normal XPA beer Non-Alcoholic (it's actually 0.5% alcohol but technically qualified as non-alcoholic). I'll be looking to purchase some to drink at home lol I think everything was close to perfect-- of course there is no perfection-- but this is one experience not to miss. I'll be back to try another season's vegetarian, and perhaps the protein too to see what other wonderful food Chef Gillion can make~ Vegetarian options: Yessss, it's a specialty they do, in addition to proteins of course Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian option available Parking: Available nearby at intercontinental hotel, Robertson quay, etc Kid-friendliness: Don't recommend it Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure
