a semi dry sake from the Oita prefecture mad with 100% Yamada Nishiki.
Tatenokawa 18 Junmai Daiginjo (sake)
this sake house needs no introduction. they are universally loved and respected. the '18" is aptly titled, as the Yamada Nishiki is polished down to 18% for this junmai daiginjo from Yamagata prefecture.
Issho silver Sweet Potato (shochu)
this sweet potato shochu from the Kagoshima prefecture is perfect on its own served over ice and wonderful too when enjoyed with sparkling/carbonated water. a great evening aperitif.
Doisy Vedrines 1995 (late harvest wine) (half bottle)
stellar and stunning barsac from sauternais. the 1995 is truly a treasure late harvest wine with balanced minerality.
